A single head welding machine for tarpaulins is a compact, semi-automatic device that uses hot air to weld one seam at a time.  How It Works

The machine operates on the hot air welding principle . It works like this:

1. Heat Application: A heating element warms air to a high temperature (typically 300°C to 700°C) .

2. Directed Flow: This intensely hot air is blown through a nozzle, directly onto the overlapping edges of the tarpaulin material.

3. Pressure & Bonding: Immediately after the material is heated to its melting point, a pressure roller follows, pressing the two layers together. As the material cools, it forms a permanent, waterproof, and strong weld .
